We are excited to be sharing our exclusive e-commerce land sales website with our members. This exciting sales forum will drive an incredible amount of traffic to all properties as well as individual websites. It is being shared to build up attention and buyer leads. No commissions/fees. Paid for as a part of your membership. This is currently only available to Land Academy subscription members and free. In a later phase, we will open Land Pin to the public to post for sale properties (for a fee). Later this year, we will also add the ability for individual sellers to accept credit card payments directly from this site.
Below are the steps for signing up to post your property on Land Pin.
1. Access details for LandPin.com is in your Member Guide which can be located on your Land Academy Dashboard. Everything but the login username can be changed later.
2. You will immediately receive a confirmation email that your account is pending approval. Please allow 48 business hours for approval notification email.
3. Publishing Guidelines can be viewed HERE anytime. Postings not properly submitted will not be approved.
4. Once approved, log in and watch video in Dashboard called: "Getting Started".
5. Get started posting your properties according to the instructions and guidelines!
Be sure to update your profile with contact information for buyers. Then start posting and happy selling! Questions? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
