We are excited to be sharing our exclusive e-commerce land sales website with our members. This exciting sales forum will drive an incredible amount of traffic to all properties as well as individual websites. It is being shared to build up attention and buyer leads. No commissions/fees. Paid for as a part of your membership. This is currently only available to Land Academy subscription members and free.
Below are the steps for signing up to post your property on Land Pin.
1. Access details for LandPin.com is in your Member Guide, located on your Land Academy Dashboard.
2. You will immediately receive a confirmation email that your account is pending approval. Please allow 48 business hours for approval notification email.
3. Once approved, log in and view the User Guides found under "My Account" in the top menu.
4. Publishing Guidelines can be viewed HERE anytime. Postings not properly submitted will not be approved. You will have the opportunity to edit the posting, and then re-submit it for publishing approval. An email notification will be sent upon approval or rejection.
5. Get started posting your properties according to the instructions and guidelines! The email you used in your Seller Profile will be where interested buyers inquiries will be sent.
