Land Investors is built on using data to send unsolicited offers to owners of property priced lower than market value. Professional real estate acquisition managers have long known that this is the key to locating and purchasing undervalued property. I (Jack) know this because, I have been an acquisition manager for my entire adult, professional life.

There are limitless ways to use our  "offers to owners" concept to acquire land. The key is pricing it correctly to ensure profitability.

We experience a 1% - 5% success yield for offers sent. For every 1,000 offers, we purchase 10 properties or so for immediate resale. Average profit is net $3,500 for this asset type.

We have difficulty managing the acquisition deal flow from about 2,000 mailed offers per month (good problem to to have). 148,000,000 x 3% = 4.4M properties. $3500 x 4.4M = $15,540,000,000 ($15B).
